Soundboard is a product manufactured by Harmonix Systems Ltd in the UK. Our terms and conditions for using this website, online payments, delivery, warranty and all other required information are shown below.

Soundboard Warranty statement

This Soundboard product comes with a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Harmonix Systems Ltd warrants the product in good operating condition for the warranty period. This warranty does not include non-Harmonix Systems Ltd manufactured or installed components. If the Soundboard product malfunctions during the warranty period, Harmonix Systems Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge provided the product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse or non Harmonix Systems Ltd authorised alterations modifications or repairs. When returning a product, include your original proof of purchase. Return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. Shipment of returned product to Harmonix Systems Ltd is the responsibility of the purchaser. All expressed and implied warranties for the Soundboard product line, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the above period.

Under no circumstances shall Harmonix Systems Ltd be liable in any way to the user for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use the Soundboard product.

Harmonix Systems Ltd shall have no responsibility for any data or recordings produced or stored on the product and shall have no liability arising out of any damage to or loss of such data while the product is in the user's possession. Harmonix Systems Ltd reserves the right to revise or update its products, software, documentation, or learning materials without obligation to notify any individual or entity.

Important notice
Please have your proof of purchase receipt to get warranty support. All defective products shall be returned with a copy of proof of purchase. In no event shall Harmonix Systems Ltd liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, documentation or learning materials. Harmonix Systems Ltd does not offer refunds for any product.

Technical support or upgrades for Harmonix Systems Ltd products are restricted to the country/region of purchase.

Environmental responsibility

The equipment that you have purchased has required the extraction and use of natural resources for its production.

The equipment may contain hazardous substances that could impact health and the environment unless disposed of correctly.

In order to avoid the dissemination of those substances in our environment and to diminish the pressure on the natural resources, we encourage you to use the appropriate take-back systems.

The take-back systems will reuse or recycle most of the materials of your end life equipment in a sound way.

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown on your product invites you to use those systems.

If you need more information on the collection, reuse and recycling systems, please contact your local or regional waste administration.

Our Money Back Promise

We will honour to refund your money within 30 days in the case of dissatisfaction with meeting our promises, providing the following terms and conditions have been met.

A valid invoice or receipt must be provided showing the unit was purchased within 30 days.
The obligation covers the price of the Soundboard mixer only and does not cover accessories, cable packs or additionally downloaded music.
Your money will be refunded in the form most suitable to Harmonix Systems Ltd. This could be reverse charge to a credit card, cheque, or online transfer irrespective of how the device was originally paid for.
The Soundboard device and its component parts should be returned in a saleable condition, clean and undamaged.
The entire Soundboard device should be returned including any accessory parts originally supplied with the device. This includes such items as headphones, power adaptor, SD Card reader etc. Failure to return all of the items originally included will invalidate our obligation to honour this agreement
Opening the Soundboard case will invalidate our obligation to honour this agreement and may invalidate your Soundboard warranty.
